At Dado’s Oil, we provide natural, herbal, and processed oil products. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
By placing an order, you agree to all the terms mentioned below.
2. No Return on Opened or Used Products
We have a strict no return and no refund policy on:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken seals
Once a product is opened, it cannot be returned or refunded under any condition.
3. Return Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)
Returns are only accepted if:
- You received the wrong product, OR
- The product was damaged at the time of delivery
Conditions:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photo/video proof
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
4. Natural Product Disclaimer
Our products include natural and herbal oils, some of which are boiled or freshly prepared.
Because of this:
- Smell, color, or texture may change over time
- Small particles or droplets may appear
These are natural characteristics, not defects.
5. Shelf Life & Storage Responsibility
Shelf life of our products is typically:
- 3 to 6 months
Customers must:
- Store in a cool and dry place
- Keep away from sunlight, heat, and water
We are not responsible if:
- Smell changes over time
- Water enters the product
- Product is stored improperly
6. No Refund for Natural Changes or Misuse
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change in smell after time
- Color or texture changes
- Oil separation or particles
- Damage caused by water, heat, or improper storage
7. No Exchange on Customer Preference
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- You don’t like the product
- Results are not as expected
- You change your mind
