Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.


2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on location:

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 working days
  • Remote areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier service conditions, weather, or other external factors.


3. Shipping Method

We deliver through trusted courier services across Pakistan.

We ensure proper packaging, but final delivery handling is done by the courier company.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Payment is made at the time of delivery
  • Customers must provide correct address and contact details
  • Incorrect details may cause delays or failed delivery

5. Delivery Delays & External Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions or official issues
  • Transport or logistics disruptions

However, we fully cooperate and support customers to resolve delivery issues and ensure the order reaches them as soon as possible.


6. Tracking ID Policy

  • Tracking ID is not provided to every customer by default
  • Tracking ID can be provided on customer request (on demand)
  • If a customer strongly requests tracking details, we will provide the tracking ID
  • Some orders may not include tracking unless specifically requested

7. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Information

If a customer provides:

  • Wrong address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Unreachable contact

The order may be delayed, returned, or cancelled. Re-shipping charges (if any) will be the customer’s responsibility.


8. Damaged or Delayed Parcels

If there is any issue with the parcel:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photo/video proof

We will fully assist the customer in resolving the issue where applicable.


9. Customer Support

We are committed to full customer support in all cases and will try our best to resolve any shipping-related concerns quickly and fairly.


10.Policy Updates

Dado’s Oil reserves the right to update, modify, or change any of its policies (including Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Terms of Service) at any time without prior notice.
